For 150 years Menlo Church has joined the way of Jesus by serving our community and the world. We want to continue this practice together and pray this card will help you. As we serve we want to be humble, prayerful, and kind. Our desire is to have our hearts changed as we grow in compassion, joy, generosity, and intimacy with Jesus. This isn’t about changing others but changing ourselves.

Serving as Formation into the Likeness of Jesus

Jesus took the posture of a servant by kneeling to wash his disciples’ feet and declared:

“Now that I, your Lord and Teacher, have washed your feet, you also should wash one another’s feet. I have set you an example that you should do as I have done for you…Now that you know these things, you will be blessed if you do them…A new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another. By this, everyone will know that you are my disciples if you love one another.” John 13:14-15, 17, 34-35

How to Use this Bingo Card

On the first Sunday of the month, Menlo will provide a new Bingo Card to prompt acts of service. This is an opportunity to have fun as you serve. When you complete an act of service, cross it out on the card and indicate the date it was completed.
